We traveled about 300 miles today, that is a lot for us. On the way we saw many fields filled with these purple or white flowering plants. Not sure what they were, but they were pretty.
Being Memorial weekend the beach was busy, but not a big issue to us. It was only 84 degrees and we do not swim at that temperature.

If you look closely you can see the bridge that goes across the Chesapeake. It looks like it ends, but it goes under water. The reason is if the bridge would ever get bombed it would not stop our ships from getting out.
Tweety's almost done traveling for a while. Tomorrow he only has to follow Frosty for about 110 miles.
Seems like he is enjoying the sunshine, it has been a very nice day.
Gotta go, someone wants to play backgammon.
